For the purposes of UK GDPR, Brightridge Partners Ltd is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect and process the following types of data:

  • Publicly available business data — including Ofsted-registered children's home details, Companies House director information, and job vacancy listings from public job boards. This data is already available in the public domain.
  • Information you provide — when you register for a webinar, submit your CV, or contact us via our website, we collect the information you voluntarily share with us (e.g. name, email, phone number, CV).
  • Website usage data — standard analytics data about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time on site).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Recruitment services — matching candidates with suitable roles at children's homes and care organisations.
  • Market intelligence — understanding the children's care sector to provide better recruitment services.
  • Communication — sending relevant job opportunities, webinar invitations, and sector updates to those who have opted in.

4. Public Data

Our platform aggregates publicly available data from sources including Ofsted's public register of children's homes, Companies House public records, and public job board listings. This data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for legitimate recruitment and business intelligence purposes.
